- 🚭 To keep the home comfortable for all guests, we maintain a strict non-smoking policy. If smoking or vaping occurs, we must apply an additional cleaning fee to cover odor treatment, laundering of linens, and extra housekeeping time.
- 🐾 No Pets Policy: To maintain a clean environment for all guests, including those with allergies, pets are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized animals will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee plus any additional damage costs. Service animals required by law are permitted.

- 🚗 An EV charger is available in the parking area with a J1772 connector. If you drive a Tesla, you’ll need an adapter or message us for the location of ours.
- 🧺Laundry access: A washer and dryer are available in the room at the back of the house for your convenience. Click here for more information on our laundry facility.
- 🪞 Medicine Cabinets: Each upstairs bathroom has a medicine cabinet for your toiletries and personal items.
- 🧳 Luggage Racks: Each bedroom has a fold-out luggage rack so you can easily access your suitcase during your stay.
- 👕 Closet Space: You’ll also find hangers in every closet for anything you’d prefer to hang.
- 📺 There are smart TVs stored in the closets of the upstairs bedrooms—feel free to roll them where you like. There is also a smart TV downstairs. All of the TVs include Roku Guest Mode, which lets you log into your streaming apps and automatically clears your accounts at checkout. Here is more information on how to use Roku Guest Mode.
- ☕ Coffee: A selection of Keurig pods is available in the tray under the machine. A standard drip coffee maker is in the right pantry.

- 📹🔒Security Cameras & Communications Equipment: For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property, exterior security cameras, communications equipment, and electronic locks are installed outside the home and at entry points only. There are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with, unplugging, disabling, or repositioning any of these systems is not permitted and may result in service call and security-related costs required to restore proper operation.
- ❄️ In the rare event of icy conditions, we’ve provided ice melt for the stairs. You’ll find it in the storage area by the lower entrance. Please use it as needed and try to avoid tracking it into the house. Thank you!
