Our lakefront setting is one of the most relaxing parts of your stay. Right now, we have a temporary dock in place while we plan future improvements. You’re welcome to enjoy the shoreline and views, and we ask that guests use the dock thoughtfully and safely.

What to Expect

  • Our dock is temporary and may feel different from a permanent structure.
  • Water levels, weather, and seasonal changes can affect how the dock sits and feels.
  • Access may be limited or adjusted if conditions change or maintenance is needed.

Simple Safety Tips

To help everyone have a safe and enjoyable stay:

  • Please use the dock and lake at your own discretion.
  • Children should always be supervised near the water.
  • No diving or jumping from the dock — the water is shallower than it may appear.
  • No running on the dock or along the shoreline.
  • Wear non-slip footwear when possible.
  • Life jackets are strongly recommended for swimming, boating, or water activities.
  • Be mindful of dock capacity and avoid overcrowding.
  • Avoid swimming at night or during poor weather or low visibility.
  • Wet surfaces can be slippery—please take extra care.

Water & Weather Awareness

  • Lake conditions can change quickly with wind, boat traffic, or storms.
  • Early mornings, evenings, and colder months may bring slick surfaces or colder water temperatures.
  • Please use extra caution during these times.

Friendly Reminder on Responsibility

Using the dock, shoreline, or lake comes with natural risks. By choosing to enjoy the waterfront:

  • Guests accept responsibility for their own safety and that of anyone in their group.
  • The property owners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss related to waterfront or dock use.

🛶 Paddle Sports

  • We offer stand-up paddleboards for guests to enjoy the lake at a relaxed pace.
  • Kayaks are also available with advance request, based on availability. If you’d like to use a kayak during your stay, please let us know 2 weeks ahead of time so we can have it ready for you.
  • As always, use all water equipment responsibly and be mindful that water depth may be shallower than it appears near the shoreline and dock.
