If smoking or vaping occurs, we must apply an additional cleaning fee to cover odor treatment, laundering of linens, and extra housekeeping time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc3e No Pets Policy: To maintain a clean environment for all guests, including those with allergies, pets are not permitted on the property.  Unauthorized animals will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee plus any additional damage costs. If you drive a Tesla, you\u2019ll need an adapter or message us for the location of ours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\uddfaLaundry access: A washer and dryer are available in the room at the back of the house for your convenience. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robinroadrentalsllc.vip\/index.php\/guest-laundry\/\" title=\"Guest Laundry\">Click here for more information on our laundry facility.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\ude9e Medicine Cabinets: Each upstairs bathroom has a medicine cabinet for your toiletries and personal items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\uddf3 Luggage Racks: Each bedroom has a fold-out luggage rack so you can easily access your suitcase during your stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc55 Closet Space: You\u2019ll also find hangers in every closet for anything you\u2019d prefer to hang.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcfa There are smart TVs stored in the closets of the upstairs bedrooms\u2014feel free to roll them where you like. There is also a smart TV downstairs.  All of the TVs  include Roku Guest Mode, which lets you log into your streaming apps and automatically clears your accounts at checkout. There are <strong>no cameras inside<\/strong> the house. Tampering with, unplugging, disabling, or repositioning any of these systems is not permitted and may result in <strong>service call and security-related costs<\/strong> required to restore proper operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2744\ufe0f In the rare event of icy conditions, we\u2019ve provided ice melt for the stairs. You\u2019ll find it in the storage area by the lower entrance. Please use it as needed and try to avoid tracking it into the house.
